Customs & import charges

For deliveries outside the EU, including Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States, the buyer bears any applicable customs duties and import taxes where legally permitted. Unless expressly included and collected at checkout, these charges are additional to product prices and shipping. Amounts and collection procedures depend on the destination and shipping arrangements. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Returns & withdrawal

We do not offer an additional voluntary return right. Any statutory consumer withdrawal rights and mandatory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected.

Return shipping after withdrawal

Where a statutory consumer withdrawal right applies and you have been informed accordingly, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You arrange return shipping yourself and purchase the necessary postage or shipping label. We do not provide a prepaid return label.

This cost arrangement concerns withdrawal and does not automatically apply to justified complaints about defective goods. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
